The LG 5231JA2006B / LT600P Premium Ice and Water Filter is LG’s newest filter. The LT600P Filter fits most LG Side-by-Side & Bottom-Freezer refrigerators, and all Kenmore “795″ Series refrigerators – which includes Kenmore Trio (3-door or “French door”) models with the water dispenser on the outdoors of the refrigerator door. It does not fit Kenmore Trio designs with the water dispenser on the within wall of the refrigerator. The LT600P improves the taste and odor of the water and removes the following impurities: 96.7% of Mercury, 99.31% of Lead, 95.9% of Atrazine, 96.3% of Benzene, 93.06% of 2,4-D, 99.09% of Lindane, 99.99% of Cysts, 99.3% of Turbidity, 99.9% of Particulates (Class I), 97.six% of Chlorine Taste & Odor. It does not eliminate flouride. LG recommends that you replace your filter every single 6 months.
